Yes

Well….hello ;)
S’up, Dave.
These Drums

If you can listen for long enough, you start to hear them speak. Every strike of the palm forms a consonant and every resonance a vowel. It’s a language all its own and despite not knowing a word they say, you still understand because their inflection is perfectly clear.

Their voices overlap each other, all trying to tell you something different. You realize, however, that these are all different parts to the same story. You sit and you listen.

The story always ends with the same silence.

Yup.

Don’t know what this meme is parodying but I approve.

This reminds me of my government teacher. I always feel bad for him because people make fun of him but he really cares about teaching

Bless this post.

High school is stressful enough as it is, but the added weight of family issues, worrying about college, and the ever-present danger of “high school drama” can really get students bogged down. I can’t stand to see kids in a bad place. I really think that I can do something about it when I become a teacher, especially a music teacher. Being able to utilize such powerful a force as music in schools can really make a difference. In addition to every teacher who ever helped me out when I truly needed it, music had the power to put me on the right track. Without the teachers who put in a ton of work to make their music program as awesome as possible, I would be somewhere very different than I am today, and that’s somewhere I wouldn’t want to be.
Thanks, teachers.
This is great.

Partying with Justin Vernon must be the coolest thing in the world

partying with justin vernon must end up in lots of high pitched sobbing on the floor and canoeing in handmade boats in northern wisconsin
